Bowen also works with acupressure points and energy meridians within your body and also assists in allowing our bodies to become better hydrated, with the benefits of better flexibility and movement.
Movements run across fibres and are interspersed with 2 minute waits. Standard treatments include foundation moves and other sequences depending on a clients needs.

Reiki Spiritual Healing
is a gentle yet powerful therapy that works on an individual level to provide healing where it is most needed. It promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional well-being.
Reiki Healing can be profound and memorable. Old holding patterns can be released. Client and practitioner go on a very unique and inspiring journey, channelled in a sense with Universally intelligent energy.
Reiki is not religious in nature, but Spiritual in a sense. It connects more to our true selves and is truly unique to only us.
